WEBSITE TERMS & CONDITIONS

     

  1. Online ticket sales from this site will close at midnight 31st December 2008, except Adelaide and Perth which will close at midnight 15th January 2009, unless sold out earlier.


  2. Patrons under the age of 15 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of 18 yrs

  5. Gold Coast, Sydney and Melbourne Online ticket sales will be dispatched from 27th October 2008.  Adelaide, Perth and Auckland Online ticket sales will be dispatched from date of purchase.

  7. Strict ticket limits apply to all BDO events

    1. There is a maximum of 4 tickets per customer for all Big Day Out shows, except for the Big Day Out show held in Sydney where there is a maximum of 2 tickets per customer.

    2. Orders exceeding the ticket limit may be cancelled without notice by Online Fulfillment Australia at its discretion.This includes, though is not limited to, duplicate orders having the same name, billing address, phone number or credit card.This includes a customer exceeding the ticket limits by purchasing tickets via the BDO website and then purchasing tickets via Ticketmaster.

    3. The details that you give may be checked for their validity to identify that this transaction does not contravene the ticket limits. Any tickets sold to customers who contravene the ticket limits may be cancelled.

    4. The details that you have given may be cross checked between the BDO website database and Ticketmaster database for their validity to identify that this transaction does not contravene the ticket limits. Any tickets sold to customers who contravene the ticket limits may be cancelled.

     
  8. All tickets will be mailed via registered post. Registered post requires that your order be signed for by yourself or someone from your household when delivered. If no one is home at the time of delivery, it will be kept at your nearest post office for approximately 2 weeks for your collection. If it is not signed for within this time frame it may be returned to us and you will incur additional postage for resending.

  12. Please check all details carefully as incorrect data can lead to processing and postage delays, resulting in customer disappointment.

  13. Purchases made with the BPAY option will have three days (including weekends) from receipt of your biller reference and biller code to make the payment.  If payment has not been received within this period, your tickets will not be held and your order will be cancelled.

  14. If any payments are made after this cut-off, it will be your personal responsibility to initiate the return of monies paid via your bank or financial institution.
