DOOR SALES Tickets will be available to purchase at the Box Office at the Big Day Out site on the day before the show and the day of the show. Cash and EFTPOS will be accepted.
TICKETMASTER COLLECTIONS: Anyone who purchased tickets via Ticketmaster can pick up tickets one week prior to the event from any of the Ticketmaster City Locations (detailed on your local city outlets page) OR from the Ticketmaster Box Office at the Big Day Out on show day.
WEB TICKETS:
Anyone who purchased tickets from our website bigdayout.com (Net Tickets) and have NOT received them can pick them up from the Box Office at the Big Day Out site on the day before the show and the day of the show.

Here's how to claim your $20 BDO event branded Merchandise voucher:
For our loyal fans in New Zealand, Adelaide & Perth who purchased tickets before the 9th November all you need to do is take your ticket to the main Merchandise Stand where they will scan your ticket and give you a $20 discount towards BDO event branded merchandise only. The $20 will not be able to be used for any Artist Merchandise. Merchandise discounts will only be available in the city of purchase (New Zealand, Adelaide & Perth).
NB. there will be no change given should you choose not to use the full $20 on a purchase.
