Here's how to claim your $20 BDO event branded Merchandise voucher:

For our loyal fans in New Zealand, Adelaide & Perth who purchased tickets before the 9th November all you need to do is take your ticket to the main Merchandise Stand where they will scan your ticket and give you a $20 discount towards BDO event branded merchandise only. The $20 will not be able to be used for any Artist Merchandise. Merchandise discounts will only be available in the city of purchase (New Zealand, Adelaide & Perth).

NB. there will be no change given should you choose not to use the full $20 on a purchase.

Transfer your ticket to an East Coast Show:

For our loyal fans in New Zealand, Adelaide & Perth who purchased tickets before the 9^th November and want to use their ticket for Gold Coast, Sydney or Melbourne Big Day Out’s - all you need to do is front up to the gate at the show with your original ticket and you’re in! (Note for the tricksters – you can’t try to go to two shows as we trip the ticket!)

Your ticket will be swiped and then will become void for the New Zealand, Adelaide and Perth shows if used for the Gold Coast, Sydney or Melbourne Big Day Out shows.

For those people not wishing to attend Big Day Out Auckland, Adelaide or Perth, full refunds are available before 30 November 2011. This includes the ticket price, booking fee, postage charge, green ticket purchase and PTA levy.
