The Big Day Out Ticket Purchase helpdesk is for customers who have physically purchased tickets (or have attempted to do so) and is not a 24 hour service. Any enquiries sent through will be answered in a timely manner during business hours. If an enquiry is deemed irrelevant by a BDO ticketing operator, it may not be answered as they have to prioritise correspondence with ticket purchasers.
