1.   Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these conditions of entry.
2.   Entry is open to residents of Australia/New Zealand only. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are ineligible to enter. Entry is only valid if all details on the Application Form are completed. Limit one entry per person. No responsibility accepted for lost, late or misdirected entries.
3. The Prize consists only of two General Admission tickets to the 2010 Big Day Out Festival in the winners state. Travel, accommodation, transfers or any other incidental costs are not included. This ticket is non transferrable and may not, without the prior consent of the promoter, be resold or offered for resale at a premium over the face value of the ticket (including via on-line auction sites) or used for advertising, promoting or other commercial purposes (including competitions and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services either by the original ticket holder from the Promoter or any subsequent ticket holder
4. Judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. All entries become the property of the Promoters – BIG DAY OUT. The Promoter reserves the right to use the content of winning and runners-up entries for the purpose of future promotions.
