Attention all ticket buyers who received an SMS message on October 15th or 16th in relation to BPAY payment for Big Day Out tickets.

If you have in fact already paid for your tickets, please disregard the message. We apologise, we have since found a technical glitch in our banking system which we are having rectified immediately.

If you have not yet paid for your tickets, you will need to do so by 24th October or your tickets will be cancelled.
