Introducing Big Day Out’s Chow Town!
A concept named after the tasty food destination at sister festival Lollapalooza in Chicago, Chow Town is the Australian music lovers introduction to great festival food.
Big Day Out has enlisted the Porteno/Bodega boys Ben Milgate and Elvis Abrahanowicz as the ‘Culinary Outlaw’ ambassadors who will be gathering some of Australia’s headlining and award-winning chefs to create signature, hand-held dishes for Chow Town.
